Cancellation Policy

•⁠ ⁠10% advance payment is required before work commences. •⁠ ⁠The remaining 90% balance is payable immediately upon completion of the agreed work. •⁠ ⁠Payment is due once the work has been completed and the client has confirmed completion. 2.⁠ ⁠CLIENTS WORKING THROUGH A CONTRACT •⁠ ⁠Where JCM Facility Services Ltd is engaged with a Client , the payment will be made within the agreed working week. •⁠ ⁠The payment period will be calculated from the date the work is completed and the invoice is submitted, subject to the agreed contractual terms. 3.⁠ ⁠GENERAL PAYMENT CONDITIONS •⁠ ⁠All invoices must be paid according to the agreed payment terms. •⁠ ⁠Any additional work outside the original quotation must be agreed before the additional work is carried out. •⁠ ⁠Any queries regarding an invoice should be raised promptly to avoid delays in payment.
