Service Description

Cancellation Policy
• 10% advance payment is required before work commences. • The remaining 90% balance is payable immediately upon completion of the agreed work. • Payment is due once the work has been completed and the client has confirmed completion. 2. CLIENTS WORKING THROUGH A CONTRACT • Where JCM Facility Services Ltd is engaged with a Client , the payment will be made within the agreed working week. • The payment period will be calculated from the date the work is completed and the invoice is submitted, subject to the agreed contractual terms. 3. GENERAL PAYMENT CONDITIONS • All invoices must be paid according to the agreed payment terms. • Any additional work outside the original quotation must be agreed before the additional work is carried out. • Any queries regarding an invoice should be raised promptly to avoid delays in payment.
